How can the set-top box with HDMI output connect to the automatic volume balancer?
When you connect the set-top box with HDMI output to the automatic volume balancer, first, you need to connect a 3.5mm socket of the audio output of the LCD TV to the input of the volume balancer, then, you should connect the output of the volume balancer to the red, white audio input of the TV's active speaker or the amplifier. Thus, the audio and video input of the LCD TV, whether it is from each HDMI or each RCA, will have the effect of stabilizing the volume. The automatic volume balancer can select the model ALC-06M-3.5, if you have the model ALC-05M(RCA input) already, you just need to add a conversion line from RCA female connector to 3.5mm stereo male connector. It’s the same to the automatic volume balancer of VR-5. The following figure shows the socket of the audio and video output of LCD TV.
